Great good. Beautiful decor. Took family for special occasion and was loved by all.

Love this place! The food is amazing and the prices are awesome! Had a fillet of sole for lunch, sitting outside under a grape trellis on a beautiful sunny day! It was a lovely drive 30 minute drive from Kelowna, well worth it!

It is the very nice place for dinner. They have delicious foods and friendly servers.

Great food, great atmosphere, overall great place. However, the place wasn't that full but somehow the waitress took really long to do regular things.

Terrific restaurant in Summerland boasts a good menu, generous portions, and a friendly staff. Located in an old stone house, hence the name, it has a warm and cheery atmosphere.Definitely worth another visit.

Amazing restaurant, I took a Chicken FriulanoIt was very tender and tasty. I m not kidding very good cook. Also the ambiance is very warm and comfy. Fireplace is the best spot in my point of view. The crew is just amazing, professional, polite and the most smiling all the time. I really recommend it.

As usual, we all had delicious meals. Good food and good company in a good restaurant. We had reservations, as Saturday evening can be busy, and it was that, this evening. By the time we left at 7 pm, it would be safe to say there weren't many empty tables, and that most of the people there had reserved tables. There have been revisions to increase the size of this restaurant, management and staff have dealt with whatever changes have occurred without affecting the fine dining experience you'll have here.

Worst Dinner I've had in years. One of us had scallops but couldn't finish the meal as they were so overly salted and the prime rib 'Special' was extremely tough and smothered in, you guessed it, gravy..!? First time I have ever had tough prime rib. Also have never had prime rib smothered in what tasted like instant powdered gravy. The manager was unapologetic and rude when shown an inedible piece of "prime rib" although she couldn't argue the cut was horrible so she refunded it. The cuts weren't even trimmed properly. All 4 prime rib meals were absolutely awful. It was actually shocking. I will not be going to Zia's ever again. What a waste of $300. Terrible customer service and even worse quality.

Great food Great service I got a complimentary piece of cake for my birthday .I had the calamari and Greek salad really great tastes fresh . My only complaint is there could of been a bit more calamari.

We first visited on a recommendation from a local, 2 years since. We made it in our way to come back, on our holiday from England. We were not disappointed. Try it yourselves. You will not be disappointed.

Called Zia's on a busy summer night after being absolutely screwed over by LOCAL restaurant and having 11 hungry girls waiting to eat.....Zia's was completely full however they did everything they could to get us a table & saved our night!!! Excellent food, value & staff!!!! We will be back!

Visited Zias the last time on Mother's Day with 8 of us dining. All the ladies received a free snapdragon plant upon leaving. We all had exceptional meals as per usual. My sister ordered a starter Caesar salad as an appetizer which fed 3 of us! It actually was the freshest crispiest Caesar salad I have had in years. The Prime Rib is always excellent as are any of the other dishes.. Fantastic vegetables on the plates every visit! We visit Zias for every important occasion as our go to Restaurant.. Thank you Zias.

This is a fabulous restaurant! We were stranded at the Summerland Resort when our reservation that we had for a month-and-a-half seemed to disappear from the restaurant called Local at the resort. We had been celebrating a dear friend's birthday and at 7 p.m. that night were told that they could not find our reservation. We called Zia's and they said absolutely, they were booked but they would find room for us on their patio. We were welcomed with fabulous food and fabulous service! We will be coming here again and again.

We shared the Classic Feast which includes enough salad for four. Excellent choice! Finished with the chocolate cheesecake! Always a fantastic dining experience!

Not much to eat if you have dietary restrictions. The servers seem to try and rush you out.

What a great find. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal very much but I have to say, the star of the meal was the Caesar salad. I would go back just for that.

We have been going to Zias for the last four years since we moved to Summerland. It has always been number one in our book's.We were there last night for our annual New Years dinner, there was a small mix up on the reservation, but one of the owner's swung into action and we were seated with in minutes at a great table. We all enjoyed the food as it was delicious as usual, and the staff was just great, also the atmosphere was just wonderful ,you couldn't ask for a better place to have a wonderful New Years Dinner. Thank You Zias.

Tasty appetizer of brie and asparagus in filo with a delicious cranberry sauce, two pieces were a very generous portion.Main course chicken with lemon herb sauce was a bit bland.Good variety of vegetables: green beans, carrots, zucchini, red cabbage.Sadly the service was terribly slow.

Great food, excellent service even though they were extremely busy! I had the Passion Prawns, large prawns and kiwi slices with a passion fruit sauce served over rice - incredible flavours with a unique pairing.The Prime Rib special was perfectly paired with a rich wine sauce, fresh vegetables and rice pilaf and roasted potatoes!

Excellent venue, great food and well priced with large portions. Super staff and Shanon the owner was very accommodating of our group. Highly recommend Zia's.

I have a young family and we recently moved to Summerland. I can not express in words how impressed we were with the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant. Zias is the Gem of Summerland and the food is on par with a Michelin restaurant. The servers had such warmth and grace that the meal left us with a lasting family experience. If your a permanent resident you are lucky, if you are on a wine tour...cap it off with a dinner at Zias. Warm regards to the staff, you have achieved a level of craft that demands respect.

Great place to take the whole family. They have an area outside just for kids to play. The food is always amazing.

Summerland's hidden gem. Great food at a price that doesn't break the budget. Charming atmosphere in a repurposed stone house.

Talk-back service was unnecessary (I asked why no drink orders were taken although the starters were already being served). Same waiter must have produced the espresso as it was among the worst I’ve ever had. Onion soup was ok but the Alfredo was way too cremoso. Amiable locale however, even haunted they say.

Came in for lunch with our one year old and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and fast. Once we were seated they brought toys to the table for our child and always interacted with him at the table. The atmosphere was like being in a welcoming family home and the food was delicious.

The first thing that comes to mind having frequented Zia’s over the past 10 years is consistency. Through the restaurant renovations, wine menu updates and staff changes I’ve seen, Zia’s has always provided steady service and tasty food at a very reasonable price. Whether taking out a grandparent or just meeting up with friends, you can expect a friendly staff member at the door that will do their best to accommodate you. Portions are consistently large, so don’t be surprised if you end up with leftovers. On my most recent visit I enjoyed the grilled chicken and brie sandwich with a pint of Naramata Nut, followed by a warm ginger spice cake. Considering the selection, service, taste and bill at the end of your meal, my first recommendation in Summerland would be Zia’s Stonehouse.

Had a wonderful lunch with friends in this place. I love the ambiance that the restaurant provides. Our server was friendly and patient with our big group. The food was priced right and was delicious. Must try when visiting Summerland, BC.

There was 24 of us there for a Christmas luncheon, the service was great, the set chef's meal for a larger group was amazing, 3 courses plus tea or coffee $16, plenty of it and all the meals looked great and tasted great.It was our first time there, we drove down from Lake Country and we wil be going back for sure. Great service. Good food. Very nice atmosphere. I would have enjoyed some lighter fare but the caesar salad was yummy though very garlicky.

Zias is a great place to entertain friends for lunch or dinner. They are able to handle large parties. The food and the service are constantly good. The menu offers a lot of variety.

Absolutely wonderful. The service was just as great as the food (Amazing)! Phoned ahead for a reservation on our anniversary. They made my other half feel so special, going above and beyond surprising her with a cake. We will definitely be back! We ordered the seafood platter. It was to die for. Thank you to the staff that made everything so worth the drive from Kelowna. Absolutely perfect 👌💯

Zias restaurant provides top-notch service to our hundreds of guests every year. I go there almost every day during the summer!

Bad experience, hosts are useless never going back and anyone reading this review should not go. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I had a salmon filet with veggies and rice. The sauce was delicious, the salmon perfectly cooked and flaky, the veggies crisp and the rice was perfect. The decor is old, definitely outdated, but the clientele at the time was also rather aged. I admit I felt out of place since it seemed a seniors' lunch was the norm.But the service was terrific, the food was heavenly and the prices quite reasonable. Their menu looked so appetizing I hope to return soon to try something else.
